We encourage users to read through the buying guides for new EVs, and how EVs work before taking your step to EV consulting to understand the technology better. Our new EV buying guide and how EVs work gives users parameters to consider. We aim to cut down your research time from a few hours to less than 15 minutes.

The concierge service will cover identifying the right EV, empowering users with the best practices for EVs to maintain their EVs and addressing common concerns pertaining to EV ownership not limited to range anxiety, charging infrastructure, battery replacement and costs.

It will be conducted online via email. Users will first answer a questionnaire to understand users’ lifestyle and expectations which will help us identify the right EV for the user. The concierge service requires no more than 3 responses to simplify your buying decisions and recommend the right EV for you. After the third response, users will be charged a fee for every response that user will require.

The service fee assists us to cover costs pertaining to hosting the website and maintaining it, and build decision-enhancing tools to simplify the users’ EV buying decisions. It takes several hundred hours of research to have the right knowledge and serve the users. We aim to impart knowledge which is not as widespread and not known to users before buying an EV to ensure a hassle free ownership journey. Car ownership is not merely an experience, but a journey that brings immense joy and happiness. We want to ensure users select the right product which fits into their lifestyle and exceed their expectations.
